By downloading or using BoulderBuilder (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

The Service

BoulderBuilder is a climbing training tool that helps you log sends and visualize your performance as a pyramid. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription (“BoulderBuilder Pro”).
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.

Your Data

All climbing data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if desired.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s normal operation

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. Climbing is an inherently risky activity. BoulderBuilder does not provide training advice that replaces professional coaching or your own judgment. Use the information in the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of BoulderBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
